    Frequently asked questions

    Commission is paid monthly, 30 days in arrears, directly to the bank account on your partner profile. You'll receive a breakdown of active referred clients and the MRR they represent each month.

    An active client account is any client workspace on a paid Searchable plan that has been live for at least 30 days and has logged at least one active user session in the previous 30 days. Trial accounts do not count toward tier thresholds.

    No. White-label access is included within the standard Premier tier partner agreement. There's no additional contract, setup fee, or minimum term beyond the Premier tier qualification requirements.

    No exclusivity. You can work with competing tools and platforms. We want the partnership to be valuable enough that you choose to prioritise Searchable, not contractually obligated to.

    You have a 60-day grace period to return to the required threshold before your tier is reviewed. We'll flag the shortfall proactively so there are no surprises.
