These Terms of Service govern your use of Searchable's AI search optimization platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

## Service Description

Searchable provides:
- AI visibility monitoring across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI engines
- Site auditing for AI readability
- Content generation optimized for AI citation
- Analytics and reporting tools

## Account Terms

- You must be 18+ to use Searchable
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One person or legal entity per account
- You must provide accurate registration information

## Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use the service for competitive analysis of Searchable

## Payment Terms

- Subscription billed monthly or annually
- Prices subject to change with notice
- Refunds handled per our refund policy
- Payment processed securely via Stripe

## Intellectual Property

- Searchable retains all rights to the platform
- You retain rights to your content
- We may use anonymized data for improvements

## Limitation of Liability

Searchable's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

## Affiliate Program

Searchable operates an Affiliate Program subject to the following terms:

- **Eligibility**: Must be 18+ with a legitimate platform. Applications approved at Searchable's sole discretion.
- **Commission**: 30% recurring on monthly subscription value for 12 months per referral. Released 30 days post-conversion.
- **Top Performer Rate**: 40% for affiliates with 10+ active paying referrals.
- **Payouts**: Monthly via PayPal, $50 minimum threshold, NET-30 terms.
- **Cookie Window**: 90 days from first click.
- **Self-referrals**: Strictly prohibited; results in immediate termination.
- **Prohibited Conduct**: No false claims, no bidding on Searchable brand terms, no spam, no unauthorised discounts, no unapproved content, no cookie stuffing.
- **Content Approval**: All promotional content must be pre-approved by Searchable.
- **Termination**: Searchable may suspend or terminate participation at any time for breach, fraud, or brand-damaging conduct.
- **Amendments**: Terms may be updated at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance. 30 days notice for material commission/payout changes.
