A Message from Chris Donnelly
I had an idea.
An idea that I think could change marketing forever.
I have been obsessed with AI since ChatGPT came out and been obsessed with digital marketing since I was 16 when I built my first website.
I've Founded or Co-Founded 5 of my own companies so far in my career. Two were small and faded but I learnt a lot.
- Verb Brands was 10 years bootstrapped and I sold for 8 figures.
- Lottie is a 9 figure business now, growing under Will Donnelly's leadership.
- The Creator Accelerator generated nearly 8 figures of revenue in its 1st year.
I went to work with Lovable and again just had my eyes opened even further to the possibilities of AI and technology. Then this idea hit me and I knew I had to go all in.
100 Days
I went to San Francisco and started networking. I knew I would need technical co-founders who were legitimately 0.01% engineers, who were hungry and who were passionate about the idea.
I met Sam Hogan & Arya Nagabhyru.
They were both AI engineers building in the AI agent space at YC companies. Decided to co-found. Started building.
We jammed on the idea non-stop and eventually landed on a massively improved version of what I had brought to them.
Day 90
Changed the name from Clicker to Searchable. YOLO'd it and bought searchable.com.
Day 80
Decided that to be the company we wanted to be, we had to be in person and our culture had to compete with the fast-paced cultures of San Francisco. Moved the guys over to the UK so we are shoulder to shoulder working every single day.
Day 70
Tested our product with a closed list of entrepreneurs. Hired the incredible Nik Gospodinov as a founding engineer.
Day 50
Invested my own cash into the business. Working with enterprises with our tool and supporting with white glove service. Brands receiving 200% increase in traffic from LLMs.
Day 30
Started a waitlist, reached 5,000 people. Opened a beta account and had 100 companies join. Opened a community and had 800 people join (the power of personal brand ay).
Day 10
Hired an SEO expert product manager, Ivan.
Day... well, today.
I have always been a founder that has built in public. Therefore I wanted to give it to you. Raw as we build.
