Bulk-edit prompts with CSV imports and exports
Make changes across your prompt set without editing every row individually. Export your prompts, update the CSV and review the changes before applying them.
What's new:
- Preview before applying: the import dialog shows a before/after comparison, with a checkbox for each prompt you want to update.
- Keep edits aligned: exports include prompt IDs and revision numbers so updates can be matched to the right prompt and conflicting revisions identified.
- Export the view you're using: downloads respect active filters and date ranges, include a note explaining them, and fetch metrics for all matching prompts rather than only the rows visible on screen.
- Automate bulk updates: the public REST API and MCP support prompt updates, including a dry run before changes are applied.
CSV editing shipped on 7 October. Filter-aware exports and complete metric coverage followed on 20 October.
