THOUSAND OAKS, Calif., Feb. 2017, Deep Rock Ventures, Inc. – Searchable.com announced this month that the Company’s third mobile technology and communications patent has been granted. The U.S. Patent Office granted Patent No. 9,571,969, which includes 16 claims directed towards additional elements of the Searchable.com technology. This brings the Company’s total patent claims to 80, having been granted 50 claims last year with U.S. Patent No. 9,288,617 in March and 14 claims with Patent No. 9,420,422 a few months later.
The Searchable ‘969 patent describes a system that enables direct communication between mobile and desktop devices and geo-located businesses that are relevant to mobile and desktop users’ categories of interest. This media communications system further enables real-time messaging between the mobile and desktop devices and websites by sending demographically and geographically distributed push notifications to those websites and devices. These geo-targeted media and multimedia notifications are selected by real-time machine-learned, high-probability consumer interest and those relevancy functions are continuously updated in response to monitored consumer actions.
The system further enables a geographically regional and inter-regional systems management to enable automated replication and regional and demographic testing of the geo-targeted and relevant communications. It’s this form of artificial intelligence that provides small and medium businesses with the ability to generate immediate revenue in real-time, by direct contact with relevant and geographically proximate mobile consumers.
In addition to the three patents mentioned, Searchable.com has other patents pending as it continues to develop its patent portfolio in the mobile communication and geo-targeted ad space.
